Usually you never need to adjust the optical path at all. However,during long distance transportation, the machine may suffer from some bumps or shakes which will resulted in the error of the optical path. Only in that case, you will need to spend some time for adjusting.

For the optical path adjustment, you just need to test the 3 parts marked in the picture on the left one by one. The correct order is: number 1, number 2, number 3.

30-32 Paste a piece of tape on this part.

33-39 And then move the guide rail to here.

40-44 And then test.

45-49 Move the guide rail to this place.

50-53 And then test.

56-57 Look here

58-1:03 If the 2 small holes are overlapped, it’s OK.(the 2 small holes overlapped proves the optical path is perfect.)

1:04-1:10 If the 2 small holes are not overlapped, we should adjust the 3 screws of this reflector.

1:12-1:15 Let’s test the second one.

1:19-1:22 Paste a piece of tape on this part.

1:23-1:27 Move the guide raile to here.

1:28-1:31 And then test.

1:32-1:40 And then move the guide rail to this place. And then test.

1:42-1:47 If the 2 small holes are overlapped, it’s OK.(the 2 small holes overlapped proves the optical path is perfect)

1:48-1:57 If the 2 small holes are not overlapped, we should adjust the 3 screws of this reflector.

1:59-2:01 And then test the last one.

2:02-2:06 Paste a piece of tape on this part.

2:07-2:11 And then test.

2:13-2:23 Check if the small hole is in the middle of this area. If yes, then it’s OK.

During the testing process, if you happened to find the 2 small holes don’t overlap with each other, don’t worry, you can adjust the screws of the reflectors marked in the picture to adjust the optical path untill you successfully make the 2 small holes overlapped.

For the testing process on B, if the 2 small holes don’t overlap, you should adjust the screws of A.

For the testing process on C, if the 2 small holes don’t overlap, you should adjust the screws of B.

For the testing process of D, if the small hole doesn’t in the center of the area, you should adjust the screws of C.
